S & S Electrical Services, Inc., is a commercial, residential and multifamily electrical contractor seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Estimator. This is a salary-based position with a competitive bonus structure tied to awarded contracts and company performance. What You'll Do:

Prepare accurate, strategic material and labor estimates for commercial/multifamily electrical projects Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and contract documents Perform handoff, pre-construction and post-construction meetings Participate in site walk-throughs Prepare and submit comprehensive bid packages and proposals Write bid clarifications and RFIs as needed Maintain track, revise, and follow up on submitted bids and awarded projects to in house bid board Assist with change orders and scope modifications Support material buyouts and subcontract coordination Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, general contractors, and vendors

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of electrical estimating experience (commercial/ multifamily) 5+ years of electrical field experience preferred (multifamily experience a plus) Strong knowledge of electrical installation and cost control Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Working knowledge of NEC Experience with estimating software (Accubid preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
