This role is ideal for someone with experience in site development, utilities, earthwork, and roadway construction . Key Responsibilities Manage projects from award through completion Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals Review plans, specifications, and contract documents Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project delivery Track project costs, change orders, and overall performance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, or both within heavy civil construction Background in site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway, or infrastructure projects Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications Experience with takeoff, estimating, and project management software Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Benefits Stable pipeline of local and regional projects Health insurance and benefits package Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Opportunities for advancement and long-term growth
