Entry Level Salary:

$85,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details - Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for complete site construction and civil infrastructure projects. Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost structures to support competitive bidding. Identify, qualify, and track bidding opportunities from initial review through contract award. Negotiate and review contracts while collaborating with project teams, field supervisors, and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction industry experience will be considered. Experience with HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam software. Working knowledge of civil construction practices and VDOT specifications.
