Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a leadership position with the opportunity to learn every aspect of our operation and eventually step into a senior leadership role. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and leads by example. Responsibilities Manage multiple fabrication and installation projects from start to finish. Coordinate crews, schedules, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Lead and supervise shop and field employees while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality. Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering blueprints. Prepare and review shop drawings for fabrication and installation. Ensure projects are fabricated and installed according to plans and specifications. Communicate with customers, general contractors, architects, vendors, and office staff. Schedule installations and coordinate manpower to meet deadlines. Conduct job site visits, troubleshoot issues, and make sound decisions in the field. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control. Train and mentor employees while helping build a strong team culture. Work closely with ownership to learn all aspects of company operations with the opportunity for long-term leadership growth. SketchUp experience required, shop drawing knowledge Qualifications 5+ years of project management or supervisory experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or commercial/residential construction. Strong background in steel fabrication, railings, stairs, gates, structural steel, and custom metal work. Ability to read architectural and structural blueprints with confidence. Experience creating and reviewing shop drawings ( or similar drafting software preferred). Proven ability to manage projects independently from estimating handoff through completion. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and motivating crews. Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay:
DOE (Competitive Salary)
