What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum of Eight years construction industry experience. Minimum of Six years construction estimating experience. Ability to manage multiple project estimates and deliverables for large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality projects (300+ units). Thorough understanding of industry practices, estimating procedures, and the local construction market. Proficient in construction and estimating techniques and software Proven track record of successfully working with operations teams, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work. Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Your Role Manage design, bid, and project documentation, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, and addenda. Set up projects in estimating/bidding platforms and maintain bidder and vendor information. Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to ensure bid coverage and clarify scopes. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bid Leveling Sheets to evaluate scope, pricing, and specifications. Assist with schematic, DD, CD, GMP, and final construction budgets using market and historical data. Analyze plans and specifications, write bid scopes, and support value engineering and competitive bidding. Support contract negotiations, bidder feedback, and project handoff to Operations. Participate in site visits and project coordination meetings to support quality and estimating accuracy. Build strong subcontractor/vendor relationships and support team coaching and mentorship.
