Job Description
Overview This position will be based in Everett, Washington. As a Concrete Project Manager at Omni Concrete Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects on assigned projects. Responsibilities range from new customer lead generation, project estimating, project setup/buyout, material and equipment procurement, progress tracking/analysis, subcontractor/vendor invoice approval, project sequencing and scheduling, communication with customers, change order tracking/billing, monthly pay applications, monthly cost reporting and job forecasting. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in project management within the concrete or construction industry and an understanding of structural concrete. Responsibilities Attend pre-bid meetings and/or site visits to gain an understanding of site-specific requirements. Review and understand all project-related documents, bid requests, scope of work requirements, plans, specifications, and other related bid documents. Produce accurate and timely quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of structural and flatwork concrete projects Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, and subcontractors. Facilitate clear and timely communication to address issues, changes, and updates. Collaborate with Operations Manager to identify potential risks and issues early, developing proactive solutions to keep projects on track. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting to ensure projects stay within financial goals. Maintain accurate records of project documents, schedules, changes, and financial status, providing regular updates and reports to company leadership. Monitors all contracts to ensure strict compliance to terms and conditions. Recommends and/or analyzes materials needs, equipment needs, and best practices used on assigned projects. Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred. Experience managing residential and/or commercial concrete projects preferred. At least 3+ years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or other related field. Proven working experience as a project engineer/project manager. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and principles. Ability to understand and read with high proficiency construction blueprints including civil/structural plans, profile views, elevations and details. Strong computer skills required including the ability to use construction software, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD. Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well as in a team environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work closely with project owners, architects, engineers, vendors and subcontractors

Employee will experience regular periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to job sites, clients or suppliers. Visits to sites will require proper PPE and a professional image. Working surfaces are frequently uneven and employees will be exposed to hot and cold environments depending on seasons. Must have a valid driving license and a clean driving history.Job Type:
