Job Description
Position Overview ARIID Group is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Estimator to support our design, construction, and furniture businesses. The primary focus of this role is maintaining clean and accurate books, processing bills, creating client invoices, tracking payments, and keeping financial records organized. The position will also assist with preparing basic project estimates and organizing vendor and subcontractor pricing. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and current bookkeeping records. Process vendor and subcontractor bills. Create and send client invoices. Track accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards. Categorize transactions by company, project, and client. Maintain organized records of bills, invoices, receipts, and payments. Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding balances. Assist with preparing project estimates. Organize vendor, subcontractor, labor, and material pricing. Compare project bills against approved estimates. Communicate with the internal team regarding billing, payments, and pricing questions. Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and organization. Understanding of invoicing, bill processing, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software. Experience with Zoho Books, is preferred. Construction, remodeling, interior design, or project-based bookkeeping experience is a plus.
