Job Description
We are seeking experienced Electrical Estimators to help our client grow! This role is responsible for the accurate and on-time completion of major Electrical and/or Low Voltage Technologies construction bids for projects in Washington.
ResponsibilitiesEstimate a broad range of small, medium, and large $30 million+ construction projects for electrical and low voltage trades.
Evaluate and estimate opportunities for prefabrication on each project.
Ensure deadlines, bid specifications, and cost-plus pricing targets are met.
Assemble all required bid package documentation.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external bid stakeholders.
QualificationsPrevious experience in Electrical or Low Voltage estimating, particularly in data centers, critical environments, and commercial spaces.
Strong take-off and blueprint reading skills with proven experience estimating $1 million to $30 million+ projects.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with familiarity in electrical and technology terminology.
Highly deadline- and detail-oriented; understands inclusions/exclusions, markup, margin, and various pricing methodologies.
Demonstrates strong leadership and mentoring qualities.
Preferred QualificationsTrained in using Trimble Accubid Anywhere (Electrical).Experience using Bluebeam, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Project.
Prior estimating experience.
