Landmark Roofing & Siding is seeking a skilled Siding Estimator to join our expanding, family-oriented team. This role involves providing residential and commercial siding estimates, along with quotes for windows and skylights, throughout the Greater Seattle area. We're seeking someone who values customer satisfaction, has a solid understanding of siding systems and exterior products, and thrives in a team-focused setting. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of siding materials and window/skylight solutions, maintain composure under pressure, communicate clearly, and confidently interpret project plans to prepare detailed estimates. A growth mindset and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing accurate estimates for siding, window, and skylight projects Conduct site visits and take detailed field measurements Utilize AccuLynx CRM to manage sales, track leads, and maintain customer records (preferred experience) Draft and deliver clear, professional estimates and contracts as part of the sales process Build and maintain strong client relationships with a solutions-first approach Communicate clearly about project specifications, options, and scope Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor pricing Document estimates and client interactions thoroughly and timely Support project handoff and coordination with production teams Stay up to date on product knowledge across fiber cement, vinyl, composite, window types, and skylight systems
Requirements:
Require a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform fieldwork Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability Strong teamwork and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with CRM tools, especially AccuLynx, is preferred Siding or general construction experience required Attend team meeting and sales training to keep up with the latest developments Residential and Commercial construction: 3 years (Preferred)
Project Management:
3 years (Preferred)
Sales:
5 years (Preferred) Must be willing to drive to job sites across the Greater Seattle area, including locations ranging from Marysville to Tacoma, depending on where estimates are scheduled Ideal Traits for
