Full Time Trademark Plumbing is seeking a Estimator with Multifamily Plumbing experience. Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and understand project plans and specs Ask questions to really understand the scope Complete project take offs and bid checklists Build clean and clear proposal and scope sheets Know your costs and have the data to back them up Keep bid form costs up to date Maintain bid calendar Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors Maintain job cost tracking, Estimated vs Actual costs as project phases close out

Skills and Qualifications:

Great Attitude Highly organized with strong desire for details and facts Relentless follow through Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience estimating plumbing systems (preferably multifamily projects) Must enjoy building, following and maintaining systems
