Leading manufacturer of quality Precast Concrete Products in Oregon and Washington. If that sounds like you, come join this industry leader! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate estimating calendar. Create construction product cost proposals for customers based on supplied designs. Provide pricing of change orders and backorders to insure accurate invoicing Provide detailed estimates to our customers in a timely manner. Work from project drawings and specifications, shop drawings or elevation take-offs Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers. Maintain detailed and organized records of bid documents, correspondence, and other project specific information. Check inventory items as required. Handle and all incoming telephone communications. Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements Math skills, construction knowledge, mechanically minded Ability to learn how to read, interpret, & understand project plan-set drawings and specifications and provide detailed take-offs and estimates that incorporate different building envelope solutions Ability to learn to use computer software estimating programs to prepare estimates Ability to obtain a good working knowledge of manufacturing and installation, to have a good understanding of customer needs Organized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects, phones, prioritize workload & work with minimal supervision

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
