Full-Time RODAC Development & Construction LLC is a Wisconsin-based real estate development and construction company specializing in medical facilities, industrial developments, franchise and specialty retail, commercial buildings, and land development. We are growing and looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team. This position is ideal for an estimator who understands commercial construction, can confidently review plans and specifications, develop accurate estimates and budgets, and work closely with subcontractors, vendors, architects, customers, and project managers. What We Offer Competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Life insurance Supplemental insurance through AFLAC Generous paid time off Paid holidays What You'll Do Prepare accurate commercial construction estimates, budgets, proposals, and takeoffs Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and other project documentation Analyze labor, material, subcontractor, and project costs Attend and lead site visits and pre-bid meetings Solicit, organize, review, and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations Create bid forms, scope documents, pricing outlines, and project proposals Prepare estimates for stipulated price, design-build, and construction/project management projects Develop project budgets and schedules and track progress Lead value engineering efforts when needed Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors Distribute plans and specifications to subcontractors Prepare projects for buyout and project manager handoff Enter project and budget information into Procore Set up prime contract schedules of values Prepare and submit progress and cost-tracking reports Attend meetings with customers, architects, subcontractors, and key project personnel Meet internal and external project deadlines Required Qualifications 2+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Experience reviewing construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Ability to prepare construction estimates, budgets, proposals, and takeoffs Strong mathematical and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience using construction estimating or project management software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills when working with owners, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and internal teams Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Preferred Qualifications Experience with Procore Experience with commercial construction budgeting, project buyout, value engineering, and subcontractor bid analysis About
