Estimator Qualifications:

✔️ 5+ years of ground-up commercial construction estimating experience ✔️ Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required) ✔️ Proven ability to manage estimates, cost negotiations, and margin projections ✔️ Strong multitasking skills—handle multiple estimates simultaneously ✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams
