Varies We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for estimating projects, preparing proposals, coordinating projects from initial bid through completion, and maintaining strong communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to determine project scope
- Prepare accurate project estimates, bids, quotes, and proposals
- Calculate material quantities, labor requirements, equipment, subcontractor costs, and other project expenses
- Communicate with customers, architects, general contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding project requirements
- Coordinate projects from the estimating/bidding stage through completion
- Schedule materials, crews, subcontractors, and other resources as needed
- Track project timelines, costs, change orders, and overall project progress
- Follow up on proposals and maintain communication with customers throughout the project
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project conditions, take measurements, and gather information needed for accurate estimating
- Review project requirements and identify potential issues before work begins
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including estimates, purchase orders, schedules, change orders, and customer records
- Work closely with field crews to ensure projects are completed according to specifications, schedule, and customer expectations
- Assist with purchasing and material coordination as needed
- Monitor project costs and help ensure projects remain within budget
- Address customer questions or concerns and help resolve project-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and communicate project updates to management

Project Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction estimating, project management, commercial contracting, flooring, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of estimating principles, material costs, labor requirements, and project scheduling
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, vendors, and field employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Experience with estimating or project management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a small team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Construction or athletic flooring experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate
