Job Description
Estimator - Commercial Drywall A well-established commercial construction contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator with a background in commercial drywall, metal framing, and related interior systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of developing accurate, competitive estimates for commercial projects.

Requirements:
2+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, interiors, specialty contracting, or related construction Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, or related scopes Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, bid documents, and scopes of work Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing labor and material pricing Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and bidding processes Strong organization, communication, mathematical, and analytical skills Preferred 3-5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience Experience estimating projects valued at $1M+ Experience with Bluebeam, OST, Quick Bid, PlanSwift, or similar estimating software Knowledge of RFIs, bid packages, value engineering, and change-order pricing Degree in Construction Management or related fieldResponsibilities:
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform detailed takeoffs for drywall, framing, ceilings, insulation, and related scopes Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing Prepare proposals, bid packages, exclusions, and clarifications Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing Identify scope gaps, project risks, and value-engineering opportunities Assist with change-order pricing and project turnover after awardCompensation, Benefits & Perks:
