Full-time Responsibilities:
Review project specifications, proposal, addendums, engineering drawings, and all other information pertinent to project. Generate 3D Models and Fabrication Drawings. Generate constructable 3D models and review assembly & spool drawings for fabrication in conjunction with project & shop foremen. Provide other project information/documentation as requested. Provide information necessary for plan review/permit. Manage plan review process. Provide "cut sheets" and shop fabrication drawings as requested. Archive drawings (approved plans, pertinent architectural plans, civil plans, etc.) in electronic format. Perform clash detection and be able to communicate and work through changes to be made with other trades. Maintain/update
CAD & VDC
systems to ensure maximum efficiency/accuracy is achieved.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED Associate Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or CAD Engineering 3 to 5 years of CAD/Revit experience Valid Driver's License Ability and willingness to visit construction sites & other outdoor environments Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Wellness Program including gym reimbursement, wellness discount, and rewards available
