#AP Commercial Estimator - DIRECT HIRE Monday-Friday | Day Shift | Flexible Schedule | Excellent Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Estimator to join a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with estimating experience who enjoys working with customers, reviewing project details, and putting together accurate and competitive quotes. This position offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with some flexibility and the opportunity to work with a great team in a stable, professional environment. What You'll Be Doing Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial projects. Calculate material, labor, equipment, and other project costs. Obtain and review vendor and subcontractor pricing. Work closely with customers, vendors, project managers, and internal teams. Identify potential project costs, challenges, and scope changes. Prepare detailed proposals and quotations. Follow up on estimates and assist with customer questions. Maintain organized records of estimates, pricing, and project information. Help ensure projects are priced accurately and profitably. Support the team with other estimating and project-related responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For Previous experience in commercial estimating or a related construction/manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of project costs, materials, labor, and pricing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Strong math and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organization. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working with computers and estimating software. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being part of a team.
