Field Estimator / Project Consultant

Renowned for our stamped, aggregate, and flatwork, we have built a strong reputation in pool rehabilitations, driveways, patios, and walkways throughout southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, personable individual to join our team in a long-term, field-based seasonal role. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady seasonal work year after year, with winters off. Responsibilities include meeting with homeowners, evaluating project sites, taking measurements, photos, and notes, and gathering the information our office team needs to prepare accurate proposals. This is not a high-pressure sales position —our office handles all pricing, contracts, and ongoing customer communication. Your focus will be on building trust, understanding project needs, and collecting accurate field data. Workload varies based on customer demand, with some days busier than others. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexibility rather than a strict full-time schedule. Duties Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments Review project scope (patios, driveways, sidewalks, etc.) Take photos and detailed site notes Measure areas for removal and new concrete installation Answer general questions and represent our company professionally Provide clear and accurate information back to the office team Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with ability to take accurate measurements Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license Basic construction knowledge preferred, but not required Schedule & Work Environment Seasonal position (spring through fall) Flexible daytime schedule based on appointment volume Some days may be full, others lighter Primarily field-based (travel to residential job sites).
