Training & Licensing Support:

What You'll Do:

Travel to residential job sites to meet with clients (local travel only). Conduct professional in-home consultations, take measurements, and provide accurate estimates. Use your construction knowledge to design the perfect outdoor living space for homeowners. Utilize our digital tools to manage your pipeline, save contracts, and communicate with the production team.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1+ years in exterior residential construction sales (decks, fences, or roofing preferred).

Tech Savvy:

You must be proficient with a computer and Microsoft Word. You should be comfortable saving, editing, and managing digital documents (this is a deal breaker!).

Communication:

Ability to build rapport quickly and explain technical project details to non-technical homeowners.

Mobility:

A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local travel.

Licensing:

Ability to obtain a Maryland Home Improvement Sales License.

Requirements:
