Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced piping and structural steel estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze project specifications and prepare accurate cost estimates. This role is essential in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates for piping and structural steel. Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. Maintain organized records of all estimates and correspondence related to projects. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any changes in scope or costs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements Experience in construction estimating or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate cost estimation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Experience with Navisworks, 3D models, isometrics, and P&IDs is required. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear reporting and collaboration within teams.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
