Job Description
One of the Mountain West's leading gneral contractors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their Jackson Wyoming team. This role will focus on delivering accurate, competitive bids across a variety of commercial projects, including healthcare and other complex builds. This is an opportunity to work with a respected team known for quality execution and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates from conceptual design through final bid Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quantity takeoffs Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing Develop scope sheets and level bid comparisons Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction Identify value engineering opportunities Support proposal development and client presentations as needed Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience Experience with healthcare or technically complex projects preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local subcontractor market Ability to interpret plans, specs, and contract documents Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills What's Offered Industry leading compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative, team-oriented environment If you're a detail-driven Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment, apply now or email your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com.
