Make a Lasting Impact The resident project representative will be responsible to represent Sunrise Engineering onsite during large scale civil construction projects.

Your daily tasks will include:

Monitor the contractors work for the purpose of guarding the owner against defects and deficiencies in the work and help determine if the provisions of the contract are being fulfilled. Keep detailed notes of all activities taking place on the project. Review engineering drawings and issue clarifications and interpretations of the drawings and specifications. Review shop drawings and submittals from the contractor for conformance with the design concept of the project. Track project schedule and budget and report regularly to the owner. Appraise and approve contractors requests for payment and any proposed change orders We are looking for candidates that are: Certified and Experienced. For this role, we are looking for someone who knows their stuff. A strong background in civil construction and public works infrastructure projects will make you a very strong candidate. A four-year degree in construction management is a plus but candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered. Picture yourself here?
