Housekeepers

We are looking for energetic, professional and reliable Housekeepers. If you have the talent for attention to details and great work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. To perform these jobs successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, but are not all inclusive.

Essential Duties:

Clean and tidy rooms to our cleaning standards, within set time limits. Attention to detail is a must! Deliver excellent customer service Complete daily job logs to record all serviced rooms Maintain equipment in good condition Stock housekeeping cart after each shift to ensure readiness for the next day Report on any missing or damaged items or other security issues Handle reasonable guests requests/complaints and inform other staff when required Comply with health and safety regulations and act within company policies Other duties assigned by the Head Housekeeper and or the

General Manager Skills:

• Customer service attitude Proven work experience in the relevant field applying for Ability to work independently and the ability to prioritize and manage time Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Ability to speak, read and understand the English language, bi-lingual is a bonus

Job Requirements:

Open availability required Weekend availability required Some holidays are required (paid at time and a half) Legally able to work in the United States. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred)
