Residential Cleaning Technician (Unit Turn Cleaning Specialist)

Overview We are seeking experienced apartment cleaning / move-out cleaning professionals to perform unit turnover cleaning services. This role includes deep cleaning and floor care, ensuring units are spotless, sanitized, and ready for new residents. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and are committed to long-term, consistent employment. Responsibilities Perform deep cleaning of vacant residential units Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas Clean appliances (inside and outside) Clean walls, baseboards, doors, trim, windows, tracks, and sills Remove all trash and debris Sweep, mop, and detail all flooring surfaces Operate floor buffer to buff and polish floors Strip and wax floors as required (materials provided) Ensure units are move-in ready and odor-free Report any damages or maintenance concerns Skills Preferred experience (apartment cleaning, move-out cleaning, or commercial cleaning) Experience using a floor buffer Must be reliable and show up consistently Ability to complete units efficiently and to a high standard Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation is required Must be seeking long-term, ongoing work Why Apply Consistent workflow Fast-paced, production-based environment Long-term opportunity for dependable workers Apply Now Send your resume to: info@bsmillc.com
