Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Measure Technician specializing in Flooring Installation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and preparing spaces for various flooring projects, ensuring precise specifications and seamless installation processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in construction measurement and flooring measurements. Responsibilities Take precise measurements of floors and surfaces using manual tools and digital devices to ensure accurate material estimates and installation plans. Support installation teams by providing measurements for epoxy floors, carpet laying, vinyl flooring, hardwoods, tiles, and other flooring materials. Maintain detailed records of measurements, project progress, and site conditions for quality assurance and future reference. Proven experience in construction estimating, flooring installation (including epoxy, carpet, vinyl, hardwood, tile), or related building material work. Skilled in using hand tools such as tape measures, levels, calipers, and power tools for precise measurement tasks.
