We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Flooring Installer to join our Client's team for commercial flooring projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and has hands-on experience in carpet and ceramic tile installation.

Important Requirement:

Must have previous professional flooring installation experience Valid driver's license required

Key Responsibilities:

Install a variety of flooring materials including carpet, tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and procedures Prepare subfloor surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying underlayment as needed Operate hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install flooring materials Perform finishing tasks such as caulking and buffing to ensure quality results Identify and perform water damage restoration and flooring repair when necessary Communicate with clients or site supervisors to ensure project expectations are met Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the installation process

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in commercial flooring installation is required Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools Ability to read and understand construction blueprints Familiarity with basic construction estimating is preferred Knowledge of drywall and water damage restoration techniques is a plus Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team Must be able to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods

Commercial job sites May require travel to different locations Physical, hands-on work in varied environments

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
