SCOPE OF WORK

Demolition of existing laminate flooring (approx. 432 sq ft total — Living Room 400 sq ft + Foyer 32 sq ft) Careful removal and preservation of existing baseboards — DO NOT discard or destroy; baseboards must be reinstalled after flooring is complete Plywood subfloor replacement Installation of laminate flooring

Total project area: 432 sq ft (Living Room + Foyer) All major materials are provided by Sentri Homes Point of contact: Sarita@sentrihomes.com / 928-534-6764 REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2+ years of trade experience Must have tools necessary to complete the job Must have reliable transportation and a disposal method for all trash and debris Take before, during, and after photos Experience handling baseboard removal/reinstallation without damage is a plus PAY $2,000 Pay is issued on a Net 7-day period.
