For residential customers, our services focus on specialty garage remodeling including improving the homeowners' flooring, walls, and organization by finishing and coloring concrete floors with seamless epoxy & polyaspartic concrete coating systems, staining, and polished concrete. We offer refresh painting and trim carpentry as well as install overhead racks, slatwall and cabinetry. For commercial clients, we install seamless specialized epoxy flooring, polishing and staining. Superior Garage Flooring USA of Arizona is looking for detailed individuals as crew lead installers of our epoxy floor coating systems, polished concrete, and garage enhancement systems. You will be installing seamless epoxy flooring systems for residential and commercial customers around the PHX metroplex. Looking for experienced installers of concrete floor coatings. Job Duties Prepare concrete using walk-behind grinders and small handheld grinders. Install seamless resinous flooring systems (epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics) using rollers and brushes Required experience broadcasting flake and quartz plus creating beautiful floors with metallic epoxy and solid color systems. Must have excellent design sense to differentiate between broadcast flake densities. You should be able to see the differences between medium, heavy and full broadcast and be able to broadcast to those levels Cove base experience is a plus. MMA experience is a plus.
