Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Tile Installer to oversee and execute tile installation projects with precision and professionalism. In this role, you will lead a team of installers, interpret construction plans, and ensure that all tile work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in tile masonry, building material installation, and construction management will drive successful project completion while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate tile installation teams on various construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute tile laying, flooring installation, and fixture setups Manage all aspects of tile masonry work, including cutting, setting, grouting, caulking, plastering, stucco application, and gutter installation Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively on-site Conduct construction inspections to verify dimensional measurements, material quality, and compliance with blueprint specifications Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and planning for tile-related tasks Ensure all work aligns with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Provide exceptional customer service by communicating progress clearly and addressing client concerns promptly Skills Extensive experience with tile masonry installation, flooring installation, and building material setup Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, tape measures, and other construction equipment Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and markup (preferred) Experience with plumbing, electrical systems, fixture installation, gutter work, plastering, caulking, stucco applications, and remodeling projects Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately and follow detailed blueprint specifications Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interactions Background in carpentry or related trades is highly advantageous Join our dynamic team where your expertise will shape beautiful spaces while advancing your career in a fast-paced construction environment!
