What You'll Be Working On Our crews handle a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial flooring projects throughout Arizona, including: Epoxy flake systems Double broadcast quartz systems Metallic epoxy Solid color epoxy Urethane cement systems Moisture vapor barriers High wear urethane topcoats Polished and sealed concrete Integral cove base Concrete grinding and surface preparation Crack, joint, and concrete repair Commercial and industrial resinous flooring We work on everything from high end residential garages to large commercial and industrial projects. What We're Looking For Previous epoxy, concrete coatings, resinous flooring, or polished concrete experience is strongly preferred.

The right person will:

Take pride in producing clean, professional work Understand proper concrete preparation Be comfortable operating grinders and floor preparation equipment Have experience mixing and installing resinous coatings Pay attention to mixing ratios, coverage rates, recoat windows, and details Understand that prep is just as important as the coating itself Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Work well as part of a crew Be dependable and show up on time Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Be willing to learn new systems and installation techniques Take ownership when something needs to get done We Want People Who Care At Two Brothers, details matter.
