Encore Design Services is looking for a Flooring Field Supervisor responsible for managing flooring installation crews and subcontractors in new home residential construction in day-to-day activities to drive successful project outcomes. This position supports the Project Management/Operations team in scheduling, working directly with builders, flooring contractors and flooring vendors.

Description:

Perform pre and post inspections to ensure on time installations managing multiple tracks and builders Manage tile, carpet, and surround installations for new home construction residential home builders Work with flooring installers on their daily installations Fast paced environment

Qualifications:
