FLOORING INSTALLATION COORDINATOR
Confidential Employer | Phoenix Area Keep projects moving. Support great crews. Help deliver an exceptional customer experience. A successful flooring installation takes the right materials, a prepared crew, a clear schedule, and someone who makes sure the details come together. We're a growing flooring and home improvement company serving the Phoenix area, and we're looking for an Installation Coordinator who brings organization, initiative, and ownership to every project. You keep people informed. You catch missing details. You follow through. When plans change, you stay composed and help find a solution. Hands-on experience with RFMS flooring business management software is strongly preferred and would be a significant advantage in this role. We help homeowners improve their spaces through professional flooring sales and installation. Our work includes vinyl plank, hardwood, tile, carpet, floor preparation, and related finishing services.

YOUR MISSION
Keep installations organized, crews supported, and homeowners informed from scheduling through project completion. You'll coordinate between sales, operations, installation teams, and customers so everyone understands the plan and what needs to happen next. Success in this role means accurate schedules, prepared crews, clear handoffs, and timely resolution of open items.
WHAT YOU'LL
OWNInstallation Scheduling and Readiness Schedule flooring installations across multiple projects and crews. Confirm project details, material availability, and job readiness before installation. Align crew availability with project requirements and timelines. Adjust schedules when conditions change and notify everyone affected. Keep scheduling records and job notes accurate and current. Customer Communication Keep homeowners informed about installation dates, preparation requirements, and next steps. Communicate scheduling changes promptly and professionally. Answer questions and coordinate with the appropriate team members when additional help is needed. Handle concerns with patience, respect, and a focus on resolution. Follow up on commitments so customers understand what happens next. Project Coordination Review project information and flag missing details before they affect installation. Coordinate handoffs between sales and installation teams. Help ensure crews have the information they need to arrive prepared. Track progress, delays, and unresolved questions. Maintain organized records that give the team a reliable view of each project. Crew and Operations Support Provide installation teams with clear schedules and timely updates. Help resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges. Track open items and follow through until they are addressed. Keep leadership informed about issues that need attention. Identify recurring problems and recommend practical improvements. Systems and Process Improvement Use company software consistently to maintain accurate job information and operational records. Help establish efficient workflows for scheduling, project tracking, and team communication. Support the adoption of updated systems and procedures. Contribute practical ideas that reduce missed details, duplicate work, and communication gaps.

You learn systems and maintain accurate records. RFMS Experience Strongly Preferred We place a high value on practical, hands-on experience using RFMS in a flooring business. We're especially interested in candidates who have used RFMS as part of their day-to-day work supporting job records, order processing, material coordination, installation scheduling, or project tracking. Experience helping implement RFMS, improve related workflows, or train team members is an additional advantage. We're looking for someone who can apply that knowledge to help our team work more efficiently and consistently. Please highlight the RFMS functions or modules you've used, how you used them, and any implementation or training experience when applying. Additional Preferred Experience Flooring installation scheduling or operations. Coordinating multiple crews or simultaneous projects. Construction, remodeling, or home-services coordination. Customer service involving scheduling and problem resolution. Knowledge of flooring products, installation processes, and job preparation. Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling software, or project management tools. Flooring operations experience and RFMS proficiency are strong advantages. We also value demonstrated organization, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
