As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Journeyman Tile Setter/Installer to join our network of trusted subcontractors. This is a 1099 contract position offering consistent, year round workflow for the right professional. The Opportunity We are looking for more than just a tile installer we are seeking a leader who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of efficiency without compromising quality. The ideal candidate is someone who can manage their scope of work independently, meet project timelines, and deliver exceptional results on every project. Because our work takes place in clients' homes, we place a high value on professionalism and interpersonal skills. You will be representing WC Renovation LLC on site, interacting with homeowners and other trades daily. A positive, outgoing, and client focused demeanor is essential.

Position Requirements Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable journeyman-level tile installation experience.

Tools:

Must possess a complete set of professional-grade tools, including wet saws, rail saws, levels, mixers, and all standard installation equipment.

Transportation:

Reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools and materials to job sites across the valley.

Technical Knowledge:

Proficiency in current industry standards, including waterproofing methods (Schluter, Wedi, liquid membranes) and surface preparation.

Professional Appearance:

Uniforms are required to maintain a consistent, professional brand image on all projects.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, project managers, and other team members.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
