Job Description

Job Overview Garage Living Bay Area is hiring a full-time Installation Manager who can sell, manage crews, and help with installations. This is a high-responsibility role requiring a full time effort. If you can lead, sell, and build, we want you.
Pay & Schedule:
$90,000 per year plus sales commission Full-time, more than 40 hours per week Located in
Hayward Installation Manager Responsibilities:
Lead installation crews Maintain project timelines and quality standards Coordinate materials, schedules, and jobsite needs Support team members and uphold company standards Install steel cabinets, garage flooring, wall organizers, and light residential construction Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project Use power tools safely and confidently Maintain jobsite accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction
Sales Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners Create project renderings and estimates using Cabinet Vision (we will train you) Present design options clearly and professionally Close sales and manage customer relationships from start to finish
Requirements:
10+ years construction experience Strong carpentry skills Crew management experience Residential Renovation Sales Experience Computer proficient (must be able to learn Cabinet Vision quickly) Experience with epoxy/polyaspartic flooring preferred Valid, clean driver's license Legal to work in the U.S. Must speak, read, and understand
