Service Technician — Radical Pressure Washing Inc & Radical Epoxy LLC Radical Pressure Washing and Radical Epoxy are looking for hardworking, reliable Service Technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work, working with chemicals and equipment, and providing professional customer service. Radical Pressure Washing — W-2 Employee Starting pay: $20/hour Overtime and double-time opportunities W-4/W-2 employee position Pressure washing commercial and residential properties Use of pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses, and other equipment Chemical handling and application Cleaning trash enclosures, sidewalks, buildings, concrete and other surfaces Interacting professionally with customers and property managers Troubleshooting job-site issues and solving problems independently Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Preferred Pressure Washing Experience:

Pressure washing Chemical handling Exterior cleaning Equipment operation Customer service Problem solving Radical Epoxy — 1099 Contractor We are also looking for experienced epoxy/flooring professionals for contract work.

Preferred Experience:

Concrete grinding Concrete preparation Floor preparation Epoxy flooring installation Decorative flake systems Crack repair Coatings and sealers Operating concrete grinders and other floor-preparation equipment Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial flooring projects What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Able to perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites Able to lift equipment and materials Attention to detail Professional appearance and attitude Good communication skills Able to follow instructions and safety procedures Valid driver's license preferred Construction, pressure washing, concrete, or epoxy experience is a plus

Important:

The Radical Pressure Washing position is a W-2 employee position . Radical Epoxy contract work is a 1099 independent-contractor position , with classification and work arrangements handled separately.
