Full-Time and Part-Time Experience Required - This is NOT an entry-level position Pacific Floor Company is looking for an experienced hardwood flooring installer and finisher . We are specifically seeking someone with hands-on professional experience working with traditional hardwood flooring. Applicants must have prior hardwood flooring experience . We are looking for someone who already understands hardwood installation and finishing and can work effectively as part of an experienced flooring crew. Required Experience Candidates must have experience with: Installing nail-down hardwood flooring and wood planks Hardwood floor preparation and installation Sanding, staining, and recoating hardwood floors Applying sealers and finishes to hardwood floors Using flooring sanders, buffers, edgers, and other flooring equipment Working with hand and power tools Performing detailed, high-quality finish work Requirements Previous professional hardwood flooring experience is required Physically demanding role: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods of time Reliable transportation and ability to arrive in Chatsworth by 5:30 AM Must be reliable and able to work effectively as part of a crew Valid driver's license preferred Please do not apply if you do not have professional hardwood flooring experience.
