Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Natural Stone and Custom Tile installation Specialist to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of tile and related materials in residential, commercial, and outdoor projects. Your expertise will help bring design visions to life while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and technical skills to contribute to beautiful, functional spaces. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install tiles using hand tools and power tools with precision and care Interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of marble, granite, limstone, mosaics complex patterns, stairs, showers, and architectual finishes. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly Perform building material installation including stucco, caulking, trim carpentry, and hardscape features as needed Conduct construction inspection to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols during tile installation Operate heavy equipment when required for outdoor or large-scale remodeling projects Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety proceduresRequirements Proven construction experience with a focus on tile setting and building material installation Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to tile work Knowledge of building construction processes including remodeling, window installation, plastering, and stucco application Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review is a plus Experience in outdoor work environments and handling outdoor construction projects effectively Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence on construction sites Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Additional skills such as electrical experience, plumbing knowledge, or construction estimating are advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to craftsmanship excellence!
