This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with 30-40 hours of work per week, with the potential for more hours as our project load grows. What You'll Do Install tile, hardwood, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring in residential and/or light commercial spaces Assess and prep subfloors, including leveling, moisture checks, and underlayment installation Measure, cut, and lay flooring accurately to minimize waste Complete grouting, sealing, trim, and transitions for a finished look Communicate project progress and any issues to our team and clients Leave job sites clean and ready for the next trade What We're Looking For Proven experience installing tile, hardwood, and LVP (please tell us how many years you've worked with each) Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Ability to read project specs and work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients and team members Reliable transportation to and from job sites, with the ability to haul your own tools and equipment Your own tools and equipment Availability for 30-40 hours per week, with some schedule flexibility Valid business license and liability insurance (or willingness to obtain them) as required for subcontractors Nice to Have Experience with large-format tile, herringbone or custom patterns, or waterproofing systems Sand-and-finish hardwood experience Portfolio or photos of past work References from contractors or clients What We Offer Flexible schedule Competitive pay (per job or per square foot, to be discussed) Steady, consistent work from a growing company Prompt, reliable payment A respectful, communicative team How to Apply Send us a message with a brief summary of your flooring experience, your availability, your service area, and photos of recent projects if you have them.
