Job Overview The position of Floor Tech Supervisor oversees a team of floor technicians, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in all floor care operations. This role combines hands-on expertise with leadership, guiding staff in maintaining various flooring types across commercial facilities. Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily floor operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and compliance with safety standards. Provide hands-on training to techs on proper techniques of floor care and preparation of areas to be cleaned, buffed, stripped, refinished, restored and carpet cleaning. Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/ burnisher, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment. Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to promote continuous improvement. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance skill development and job performance. Coordinate with other Supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and address any issues that arise. Compile daily reports on floor activities and present findings to management and customers. Responsible for creating and executing a quarterly floor care schedule. Qualifications Strong understanding of operational processes - floor care maintenance and process, chemical mixing and proper usage. Ability to identify and communicate areas for improvement. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff supervision skills. Excellent communication skills for managerial communication and team leadership. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. $68,480.00 - $73,840.00 per year
