Job Description
Experienced Carpet Installation Crew Wanted - Ongoing Subcontract Work Colossal Carpet Care is looking for an experienced carpet installation crew for ongoing subcontract work in the Denver, Golden, Evergreen and surrounding areas. We are a small, established company and take a lot of pride in both the quality of our work and the way we treat our customers. I'm looking for an experienced crew that feels the same way. This is recurring subcontract work , not a full-time position. Work volume varies throughout the year, but for the right crew I'm interested in developing a long-term working relationship. I'm not looking to micromanage anyone. I want a crew that knows the trade, has the necessary tools and transportation, works well together, and can take a job from start to finish without needing to be managed throughout the day. What I'm Looking For An established carpet installation crew Strong experience with residential carpet installation Quality seams, transitions, stairs and finishing work The ability to handle larger installations efficiently Reliable communication Showing up reasonably close to the agreed-upon time A call or text if plans or timing change Respect for the customer's home, property and schedule A clean and professional work environment Reasonable start and finish times whenever possible A crew that is comfortable interacting with homeowners People who take responsibility for their work if a legitimate installation issue comes up I understand the realities of installation work. Jobs run long, traffic happens, materials can create unexpected problems, and schedules sometimes change. I don't expect everything to go perfectly. I do expect good communication. Customer service is very important to me. I've spent years building a good reputation with my customers, and the installation crew working for my company is an important part of that. I don't need installers to operate exactly the way I do, but I do need to know that when I turn a job over to a crew, the customer is going to be taken care of. What You Can Expect From Me Fair and straightforward pay Clear job information before the installation No unnecessary micromanagement Respect for your experience and judgment Good communication from my end Recurring work throughout the year Someone who will work with you when legitimate problems come up A long-term working relationship if we're a good fit I'm not looking for the cheapest installation crew. I'm looking for a crew I can trust to do good work, communicate, take care of my customers, and represent Colossal Carpet Care well in their homes. If you have an experienced crew and are interested in adding another source of quality installation work to your schedule, please send: Your name or company/crew name Number of people on your crew Years of carpet installation experience Areas you typically work in Your typical installation rates Phone number Photos of previous work or references, if available Established installation crews only.
