We are looking for motivated Installation Technicians to join our growing team and help us install a new generation of high-performance flooring systems throughout the Front Range, from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins . This is more than just an installation job. What You'll Do Install epoxy and specialty flooring systems according to company specifications Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and other preparation methods Mix and apply flooring materials properly and efficiently Operate grinders, vacuums, and other installation equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite Work closely with customers and team members to deliver high-quality finished floors Follow safety procedures and quality-control standards Travel throughout the Colorado Front Range as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Hard-working and dependable Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Detail-oriented and take pride in quality workmanship Comfortable working on their feet and performing physical labor Willing to learn a specialized installation process Professional and customer-focused Able to work independently and as part of a team Experienced in construction, concrete, painting, flooring, or related trades (preferred, but not required) Massive Growth Opportunity We are building something new and different in the flooring industry , and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.
