$80 per completed room, per worker Job Summary We are seeking an experienced renovation crew to complete interior guest room finishing work for 58 guest rooms . The subcontractor's scope is strictly limited to wallpaper installation and carpet removal/replacement . Scope of Work The subcontractor will be responsible for: Installing/hanging wallpaper on guest room walls using materials supplied by the Contractor/Property. Removing existing carpet from guest rooms. Installing new carpet in guest rooms using materials supplied by the Contractor/Property. Providing the labor, tools, and installation equipment necessary to complete the assigned work. Promptly reporting any material shortages, defects, or damage discovered before or during installation. Materials All wallpaper and carpet materials will be supplied by the Contractor/Property. The subcontractor is responsible for providing labor, tools, and installation equipment . Compensation $80 per completed guest room, per worker Crew size: 5 workers Total crew labor rate: $400 per completed room Total rooms: 58 Maximum total labor payment: $23,200 Payment is based on completed guest rooms and the agreed scope of wallpaper and carpet installation only.
