In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality turf and landscaping features that transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Your expertise will help ensure each project is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, landscaping, and creating visually stunning outdoor areas. All work is paid, including internships, with a focus on safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by grading, leveling, and ensuring proper drainage before turf installation begins Measure and cut turf rolls or sheets to fit designated areas precisely according to project plans Use hand tools and power tools to secure turf with staples, nails, or adhesives as needed Read blueprints and schematics to understand layout specifications and ensure accurate installation Coordinate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining safety standards on-site Assist with site cleanup and restoration after installation to deliver a polished final product Support additional landscaping tasks such as trimming, caulking seams, or installing fixtures when required Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or landscaping is highly preferred Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics related to outdoor projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in turf and landscape installation Familiarity with construction estimating and flooring installation techniques is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Experience in related fields such as carpentry, tile laying, water damage restoration or remodeling is advantageous Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in construction and landscaping while contributing to beautiful outdoor transformations!
