This Epoxy/Flooring Crew Member opportunity is located in Stratford, CT, and offers the chance to work on a wide variety of commercial epoxy flooring and painting projects while being part of a close-knit team that values long-term career growth and craftsmanship. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Epoxy/Flooring Crew Member position include: 3+ years of commercial flooring experience, with strong epoxy flooring knowledge Perform epoxy flooring installation, commercial painting, and surface preparation work Operate surface preparation equipment such as grinders, shot blasters, scarifiers, concrete saws, and HEPA vacuums Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, cementitious urethane, and polyaspartic coating systems Complete industrial cleaning tasks including pressure washing, machine degreasing, and HEPA vacuuming Work safely from ladders and aerial work platforms and in various outdoor weather conditions Maintain attention to detail, efficient material usage, and on-time project completion Valid driver's license required; bilingual English/Spanish skills and leadership experience are a plus
