Marron Cleaning Services, LLC is Hiring for Immediate Hire! We are currently looking for a dependable and experienced Residential & Commercial Cleaning Contractor to join our team.

Requirements:

Must have reliable personal transportation. Must be able to pass a clean background check. Some previous cleaning experience is required. Must speak and understand English and Spanish fluently. Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented. Must be comfortable traveling to different client locations. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Duties Include:

Residential, apartment, office, move-in/move-out, standard, and deep-cleaning services.

Contractor Position:

This is an independent contractor / 1099 position. Contractors will complete the appropriate tax documentation, including a Form W-9, before beginning work. This is on-call, as-needed contractor work. Cleaning assignments will be offered based on business needs, client scheduling, and contractor availability. Hours and the number of assignments may vary from week to week.

Compensation:

Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process and are based on experience, availability, and assigned cleaning opportunities.
