EXPERIENCED FLOORING INSTALLER - 10+ YEARS REQUIRED

The Floor Fathers USA Inc. is hiring an experienced Flooring Installer for a full-time W-2 position. This is not an entry-level position, helper position, or training position. We are looking for a seasoned flooring professional who can be trusted to walk into a customer's home, evaluate the job, identify potential issues, and complete a professional installation without needing constant supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

10+ years of residential flooring installation experience Company Van with Gas Card Flooring demolition and removal Subfloor preparation and repairs Grinding, patching, feather finishing, and minor leveling Quarter round, transitions, stair noses, and finish work Ability to properly handle door jambs, difficult cuts, transitions, and installation details Ability to identify problems before they become callbacks Ability to safely move furniture and appliances when required
