Responsibilities Install flake-system Polyurea floors in garages, pool decks, driveways, and commercial areas. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for precise measurements and cuts. Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, repairing subfloors, or addressing water damage restoration as needed. Lay out flooring according to schematics and design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a related field within the restoration industry. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools relevant to flooring installation. Ability to read and interpret schematics for accurate installations.
