Bathroom Installer - PVC/Acrylic One Day Baths

Skilled Bathroom Installer We are looking for a skilled bathroom installer/carpenter to provide our customers in South Florida with courteous, professional, and technically precise installations of our bathroom products and services. We are specifically looking for individuals with experience in tub-to-shower conversions with acrylic or PVC walls. What's in it for you: Prescheduled jobs ready for installation. Equipment & Logistics Vehicle & Tools:

Must provide a dedicated work van and a complete set of professional tools required to execute installations to industry standards.

Crew Structure:

While independent, you are responsible for providing your own helper if you require it. Two-person crews are welcome to maximize efficiency and safety.

Compensation Project-Based Pay:

This is a contract-based position. Compensation is paid as a lump sum percentage (%) of the total project ticket , incentivizing quality and efficiency.

Essential Duties:

Manage complete bathroom remodeling projects. Provide consistently high levels of job quality. Maintain a strong sense of customer service. High attention to detail

Qualifications:

Qualified remodelers with experience in bathroom remodeling, especially in wet areas. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in bathroom remodeling, particularly in removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling walk-in showers or tubs. Plumbing experience. 21 years of age or older with previous carpentry and/or installation/construction experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to incorporate proven installation and remodeling systems. Be prepared to work long hours as needed. Value careful attention to detail. Must be able to safely maneuver heavy items

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
