We are looking for a relieable, hardworking Hardwood Flooring Install and Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in customers' homes and active job sites.

Responsibilities:

Install hardwood flooring professionally and efficiently assist with job-site preparation, removal of existing flooing and cleanup Load and unload flooring, tools and materials Safely transport materials and equipment to job sites Drive company vehicles as needed Maintain tools, equipement and a clean work enviroment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company procedures and job-site safety standards

Qualifications:

Hardwood flooring experience preferred

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED

Reliable and punctual Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying flooring materials Comfortable using flooring installation tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and attitude
