Job Description
Position Overview Spartan Floor Coatings is seeking a reliable Assistant Installer to support floor coating installations. This is a hands-on role working directly on job sites. Prior epoxy experience is not required — training will be provided. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, coachable, and comfortable working in a physical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems Support surface preparation including grinding, cleaning, and repairs Operate hand and power tools safely Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized worksite Follow direction from the Lead Installer to complete projects efficiently Requirements Experience in general labor, construction, or hands-on work preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Basic familiarity with tools is a plus Why Work With Spartan Floor Coatings On-the-job training in a specialized trade Steady project-based work Professional team environment focused on quality Schedule Hours based on project schedule and will be discussed on interview Potential for increased hours based on workload Work Location In-person (local job sites) Apply If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to contribute on job sites, apply today.
